For a limited time only, I am giving FREE SHIPPING to all orders to East and West Malaysia! There will be no minimum order or amount required to be entitled for the free shipment. For all ‘Ready Stock’ items, estimated delivery timeline to West Malaysia is 1-3 business days and to East Malaysia is around 4 business days and for all ‘Pre-Order Stock’ items, estimated delivery timeline to West Malaysia is 10-15 business days and to East Malaysia is around 12-16 business days. (exluding Sat, Sun & public holidays)

As for shipment to other countries other than East/West Malaysia, shipping charges according to your country will be impose, for more details on the shipping charges for your country, please refer to the International Shipping (Rates) page.

 

RETURN POLICY.

I personally check all orders for defects before shipment. In an unfortunate case which you receive an unsatisfactory item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange. All other cases will only be eligible for a one-for-one exchange. Kindly note that the apparels are to be hand wash by itself if it comes with sequins, beads, pearls, tangling accessories as it may damage the apparels during the wash. Sizing issue such as cannot fit in, too big or too tight or too short or long does not extend to any form of return nor exchange. Strictly no exchange for reasons relating to size is not what you should expect or should be able to fit in when it is smaller or bigger than it is perceived. Measurements stated may vary 1cm-2cm. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.What is an unsatisfactory item?
– Item in the wrong colour or size.
– Item with manufacturing defect.
– Wrong item that was not in order.Please note:
– The item is your responsibility until it is returned us. It must be returned to me in its original condition.
– The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
– The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
– An item in a colour or size cannot fit (too short, too long, too tight or too loose etc) that is not up to your expectation is not considered a ‘wrong item’. Material and quality issues are not considered defects and is subjective.
– A manufacturing defect does not include stray threads or removable dirt.
– If the defect is found to be inflicted after we have delivered the item, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. (e.g after washing the item or wearing the item and/or has obtained stains from elsewhere or damaged after washing with other apparels). Postages incurred for sending the items with issues back to us with will be borne by the buyer and the items we sent back to buyers after following up on the respective issues will be borne by us, the seller. Simply, buyer pays for the postage and send back the items to us and we pay for the postage and send them the items to them after rectifying the issue. If the new piece of item is not available for exchange which would most probably occur since all my items are pretty limited edition in size and colour in order to bring exclusiveness to all my customers, you will however be refunded in form of credit for your item in your member account and you can always use this credit for your next order with us. We do not offer refund via Cash Refund, Bank or Paypal.
